What we’re building

A sales business built
on the daily work.

Our focus is final expense life insurance. The role centers on conversations with prospective clients, understanding their needs, explaining appropriate options, and following through. You’ll work remotely, develop your sales skills, and learn the systems behind the business.

01 / SELL

Learn the conversation.

Practice listening, asking useful questions, explaining coverage clearly, and handling objections with professionalism.

02 / DEVELOP

Get better through repetition.

Structured training, coaching, and consistent activity help you develop your approach. Progress takes work and a willingness to take feedback.

03 / BUILD

Understand the business.

Learn how lead systems, follow-up, licensing, contracting, and production fit together. We track progress beyond the first interview.

Who this is for

Bring curiosity.
Bring consistency.

  • You’re comfortable speaking with people and learning a sales process.
  • You can work independently in a remote environment.
  • You’re willing to practice, take feedback, and stay accountable.
  • You hold—or are willing to obtain—the required life insurance license.
Know the opportunity before you apply.

This is an independent-contractor insurance sales opportunity with performance-based compensation. It is not a salaried position.

Appropriate licensing and carrier approval are required before selling. Results vary based on activity, skill, consistency, and other factors. No income or production result is guaranteed.

We’ll discuss the role, compensation, licensing process, lead options, and any applicable costs during the interview so you can make an informed decision.

What happens next

Start with a conversation.

01

Tell us about yourself.

Share your experience, licensing status, goals, and what interests you about insurance.

02

Explore the fit.

We’ll review your application and talk through expectations, questions, and possible next steps.

03

Map your next step.

If there’s a mutual fit, we’ll walk through licensing, contracting, and onboarding as applicable.

Tell us about yourself ↓

Before you apply

Good questions. Straight answers.

Do I need to be licensed already?

You can express interest before you’re licensed. You must obtain the appropriate insurance license and complete the required approvals before selling. Tell us your current status in the application.

Is this a salary or hourly position?

No. This is an independent-contractor opportunity with performance-based compensation. We’ll explain the compensation structure and expectations during the interview.

Do I need insurance experience?

Tell us about your background, including experience outside insurance. We’re interested in your ability to learn, communicate, and work consistently.

What does working remotely involve?

You’ll need an environment where you can speak with clients professionally, work independently, and follow the team’s sales and training processes. We’ll discuss the practical requirements in your interview.
